Welcome to www.bsa-troop31.org. The official home for Troop 31 on the Internet. Troop 31 has been serving the Youth of Ramsey continuously since 1912. Our Charter for the 2011-2012 scouting year marks 100 years committed to providing the best program to the youth of Ramsey. We meet every Monday night that school is in session at the Ramsey High School Cafeteria. Our meetings are from 7:30 until 9:00pm. Feel free to stop by to see what Troop 31 is all about!
